Job summary

CDW is seeking a commercially minded, data driven Senior Reward Analyst to support the delivery of Total Reward strategy across the UK and International business. This role supports the Head of Reward in designing, analysing, and delivering reward programmes that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

The role combines advanced analytics, strong systems capability, and a continuous improvement mindset to modernise reward processes and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and rewards modules.
• Ability to manage large datasets and drive insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical support across compensation, benefits, incentives and recognition programmes.
• Lead data analysis, modelling, and evaluation to guide reward decision making.
• Produce high quality reporting and insights using BI or other visualization tools.
• Act as Workday subject matter expert for reward; partner with HR Shared Services.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and data integrity using AI tools.
• Support annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, and benefits optimisation.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
