Job summary

KnowBe4, Inc. is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst (EMEA) based in South Africa to support benefits and compensation for the EMEA region.

You will partner with the US Total Rewards team to deliver accurate, compliant programs across multiple countries while navigating time zones and fast-paced global operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel and data-analysis skills, experience with Workday, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset to optimize benefits and compensation processes for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Total Rewards/HR/Benefits experience, multi-country/EMEA exposure.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential data.
• Clear written and verbal communication for employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits renewal across EMEA, brokers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Administer enrollment and elections across countries.
• Review invoices, ensure accuracy, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support pension/retirement programs including contributions and enrollments.
• Draft benefits communications for employees and managers.
