Job summary

Resourgenix (Pty) Ltd seeks a Rewards Specialist / Analyst who is strong with numbers, meticulous with detail and excellent at execution. The role focuses on compensation, benefits and remuneration management, collaborating with the Head of Reward to implement reward strategies, policies and programmes.

The candidate will handle data-driven reward administration, salary benchmarking, job grading, and ensure accurate timely execution of reward decisions, working across HR, Finance and Payroll.

Qualifications

• An appropriate BDegree.
• GRP qualification.
• Solid experience in compensation and benefits, remuneration or reward operations.
• Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and administering reward policies, programmes and processes.
• Coordinating annual salary reviews, remuneration adjustments and incentive processes.
• Conducting salary benchmarking, market comparisons and remuneration analysis.
• Maintaining and analysing remuneration data, salary structures and job grading information.
• Supporting the operational delivery of bonus, incentive and benefits programmes.
• Preparing accurate reward reports, calculations and management information.
• Monitoring internal pay equity, remuneration consistency and policy compliance.
• Working with HR, Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate and timely implementation of reward decisions.
