Qualifications

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6+ years of relevant reward experience.
• Strong knowledge of salary structures, benchmarking, and pay transparency.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Experience leading change projects in multinational settings.
• Ability to translate complex reward concepts for HR and leaders.

Responsibilities
