Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and offering personalized recommendations.

• Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and store layouts are optimized.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and professionalism, seeking resolutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking, receiving deliveries, and replenishing stock on the sales floor.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
• Support the store management team in daily operations and staff training.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs.
