The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a customer-facing retail role, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Flexibility for weekends/public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably senior associate or keyholder.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• POS systems and basic computer applications proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business/marketing studies are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays in Midrand.
• Demonstrated leadership potential or mentoring junior staff.
