This is a pivotal role responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing store performance, and leading teams to achieve ambitious sales and customer satisfaction targets. You will play a crucial part in the strategic development and execution of retail strategies, ensuring brand consistency and profitability across multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the retail landscape in Johannesburg and beyond. This position requires hands-on management and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily retail operations and contributing to the company's continued growth and success in the competitive Gauteng market.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores within the Johannesburg area.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a senior operations role overseeing multiple locations.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving operational targets in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
