Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to oversee the operational efficiency of multiple retail locations in and around Randburg, Gauteng. This hybrid role requires significant on-site presence with strategic planning and reporting done remotely.

You will lead store managers, drive productivity, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and implement best practices across the network to enhance the customer experience and achieve business objectives.

• 7+ years of experience in retail operations management.
• Proven leadership of multiple store managers.
