Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory or keyholder role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of retail operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer software.
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule in Sandton.
• Diploma/degree in business or retail is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and management.
• Supervise and guide retail associates, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Support in staff training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
• Assist with staff scheduling and floor coverage.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to store targets.
• Maintain store security and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist in implementing promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
