Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations or a supervisory role.
• Proven inventory management and loss prevention experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail POS systems and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations from opening to closing.
• Manage inventory control, stocktakes, and replenishment.
• Oversee accurate processing of sales and returns.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health and safety rules.
• Schedule staff and monitor performance with the store manager.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
