Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of a designated retail department in Sandton.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve departmental sales targets.
• Ensure high level of customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards within the department.
• Manage inventory including stock control, replenishment and loss prevention.
• Monitor department performance, analyze sales data and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Operate POS systems accurately for all transactions.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on departmental goals and initiatives.
