Pump and Abrasion Technologies in Gauteng seeks a Store Floor Leader to supervise operations and staff, ensuring SOP compliance and immediate reporting to the Store Leader. The role includes training staff, managing timekeeping, and overseeing administration to maintain accurate records and store discipline.

You will ensure the store is well-presented, manage daily banking, stock takes, and replenishment, and lead efforts to reduce losses while maintaining excellent customer service and staff

Qualificações

• Experience leading a retail floor or store operations.
• Ability to train and coach staff on SOPs and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for senior level interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations and staff adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure staff timekeeping, punctuality and break management.
• Maintain accurate administration and paperwork, reporting errors to Store Leader.
• Ensure store presentation, cleanliness and stock organization.
• Complete daily banking and reconcile variances; manage daily tasks.
• Conduct stock takes and investigate variances within 24 hours.
• Support recruitment and training of sales assistants.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify risks and implement processes to prevent losses.
