Pump and abrasion Technologies in Cape Town seeks a supervisory Floor Leader to oversee store operations and staff, ensuring all processes, SOPs and systems are followed and deviations reported to the Store manager. The role covers training, timekeeping, administration, stock control, banking, and maintaining store standards and customer service excellence.

You will assist with recruitment, manage shifts, respond to customer complaints, monitor budgets and expenses, and drive risk mitigation

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years in a similar floor leadership role.
• Clothing retail experience is essential.
• Willingness to work extended retail hours and weekends.
