Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, preferably in a senior role within a high-end or high-volume establishment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent understanding of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and inventory management.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant POS systems and general computer applications.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as dictated by business needs.
