Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a senior reservations management role.
• Experience leading reporting functions and managing complex systems.
• Track record of operational improvements and measurable results.
• Background in a hospitality chain environment.
• Strong financial and systems acumen; data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the reservations team, ensuring operational excellence.

• Maintain and optimize reservation systems, with a strong focus on Semper.
