Qualifications

• Hospitality qualification preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience as Reservations Supervisor in a 4/5-star hotelReservations environment.
• Experience handling high-volume client base and revenue conversion.
• Ability to supervise, coach and mentor a team with hands-on leadership.
• Professional, positive, calm demeanor with a guest-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Reservations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and guest journey.
• Supervise and mentor reservations team, promoting growth and performance.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Assist with daily reports and target achievement.
• Collaborate with front office, sales and marketing for a personalised guest experience.
