Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in inbound reservations.
• Industry experience: Luxury Travel Reservations.
• Strong understanding of OTA management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Building trust, credibility and goodwill with clients and guests.
• Prioritising timely and accurate responses to reservation enquiries.
• Mastering reservation software systems for accuracy.
• Managing bookings from enquiry to payment.
• Efficiently handling phone and email correspondence.
• Providing accurate information to guests.
• Controlling and maximising occupancy levels.
• Cross- and up-selling where appropriate.
• Confirming all guaranteed bookings.
• Following up proactively on provisional bookings.
• Processing cancellations and amendments.
• Resolving guest complaints and maintaining communication with properties.
• Managing yield by maximising rates and profitability.
• Co-ordinating rate distribution and organising site inspections.
• Ongoing monitoring of booking movements and competitor activity.
• Acting as a brand ambassador for the Company.
