Job summary

Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking an experienced Senior Reservationist to join the Reservations Office in Century City, Milnerton. You will manage telephonic and email enquiries, prepare quotations, make and confirm bookings, process payments and handle all related administration, while supporting online rates, distribution, PMS systems and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury boutique hotel or game lodge reservations; or a tour operating background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Confident working with PMS and reservation systems.
• Experience managing telephonic and email reservation enquiries.
• Understanding of online rates and distribution channels.
• Strong client relationship and service delivery skills.
• Passion for hospitality, guest experience and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage telephonic and email enquiries and handle bookings.
