Job summary

Scatec is seeking a Lead Project Planner in South Africa to own the development and management of integrated master project programmes across renewable energy EPC projects. You will align work breakdown structures, contractor schedules, cost weightings, milestones, and forecasting to give project teams a reliable view of delivery.

You will lead schedule risk analysis, monitor critical paths, and ensure adherence to contractual milestones while coordinating with PM, Engineering, and Supply Chain

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ project planning experience on EPC projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 capability and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience developing and controlling integrated master schedules and baselines.
• Strong capability in critical-path analysis and schedule-risk evaluation.
• English fluency required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project programmes for opportunities and milestones.
• Prepare and maintain the integrated master programme for delivery.
• Establish schedule baselines and generate progress reporting.
• Integrate schedules from multiple contractors into the master programme.
• Prepare basis memoranda detailing assumptions and methodologies.
• Review baseline programmes and sensitivity to milestones and constraints.
• Coordinate site planners and provide updates to PM, Eng, Supply Chain.
