Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure initiatives on a remote-first basis. You will oversee full project lifecycles from feasibility through commissioning, coordinating distributed teams and international clients from your home office.

This role requires a PE or international equivalent, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6 and Asana.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive civil‑engineering project management experience.
• PE license or international equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Develop project plans with scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
• Lead virtual teams across time zones and interfaces with clients.
• Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and tender packages.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timelines, quality, and client requirements are met.
• Facilitate virtual client meetings and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project performance using PM software and reporting tools.
• Oversee contract administration and procurement for materials/services.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
