Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with 5+ years in project management.
• Proven track record delivering complex civil infrastructure remotely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of civil engineering projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with remote teams, clients, and consultants via digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and ensure quality standards.
