Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing and recruitment of engineering talent in a fully remote setup. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, build creative strategies, and partner with hiring managers across mechanical, electrical, civil, and software domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on engineering roles.
• Proven success sourcing for mechanical, electrical, civil, aerospace and software.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and ability to articulate technical requirements clearly.
• Independent, highly organized and comfortable working remotely.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles, from entry to senior levels.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and technical validations where appropriate.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Advise candidates and act as career advisor throughout the process.
• Champion diversity and inclusion throughout recruitment.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform strategies and measure success.
• Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience reflecting client values.
