The role requires 7+ years in TA, 3+ years in leadership, and a track record of strategic program delivery. Strong analytics, stakeholder management, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a management/leadership role
• Proven track record in strategic TA programs
• Experience building and developing recruitment teams
