• Minimum 6 years in recruitment consultancy with client management focus.
• Proven ability to exceed recruitment targets, esp. for senior roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills for remote clients.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient with modern recruitment tech and CRM/virtual tools.
• Tertiary qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts.
• Drive business development to win new mandates in Vereeniging area.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for executive roles.
• Use sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
• Perform candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with remote colleagues and attend virtual meetings.
