Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a focus on executive search or senior-level placements.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business development remotely.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with advanced recruitment tools and CRM systems for remote operations.

Responsibilities
