Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in property management, asset management or portfolio management with a focus on commercial or residential real estate.
• Proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, leasing, property operations, and financial analysis.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic asset management plans for a portfolio of real estate properties to maximize value and profitability.
• Conduct regular financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for each property.
• Oversee property operations including maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, and vendor management.
• Manage tenant relationships including lease negotiations, renewals, and addressing tenant concerns.
• Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities for rent optimization, repositioning, and value-add initiatives.
• Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations, codes, and client standards.
• Collaborate with acquisition and disposition teams on property transactions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and investors on portfolio performance and market trends.
• Utilize property management software and other technologies to streamline operations and enhance reporting.
