Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in property management, asset management, or portfolio management.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, leasing, property operations, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic asset management plans for a portfolio of real estate properties to maximize value and profitability.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for each property within the portfolio.
• Oversee property operations, including maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, and vendor management.
• Manage tenant relationships, including lease negotiations, renewals, and addressing tenant concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities for rent optimization, repositioning, and value-add initiatives.
• Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations, codes, and our client's standards.
• Collaborate with acquisition and disposition teams on property transactions.
