Placements24 is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Real Estate Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio from anywhere. You will handle day-to-day operations, tenant relations, rent collection, and lease admin, all via remote channels.

The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen, excels in remote communication, and can manage several properties efficiently while ensuring compliance with South African regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Property Manager or similar role.
• Familiarity with property management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for a remote setting.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and real estate regulations in South Africa.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks from a distance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Real Estate or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, rent collection, and lease administration, remotely.
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
• Conduct virtual property inspections and assessments to ensure properties are maintained to high standards.
• Handle tenant inquiries, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and Gauteng regulations.
• Prepare financial reports, including budgets, income statements, and expense tracking for managed properties.
• Source and vet potential tenants through online marketing and virtual showings.
