You will optimize financial performance, occupancy, and tenant satisfaction while leveraging advanced property management software.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, MBA or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive property management or portfolio experience.
• Proven track record in commercial and residential portfolios with financial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of real estate finance, market analysis, and investment principles.
• Experience managing remote teams and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio for operational efficiency and profitability.
• Develop asset management plans to enhance value and ROI.
• Manage tenant relations, leases, and occupancy targets.
• Conduct property inspections, oversee maintenance and capital projects.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and performance analyses.
• Manage external vendors and service providers for cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with property laws, leases, and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a remote portfolio management team.
