Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in industrial engineering or operations management.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with remote collaboration and managing projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industrial processes to identify efficiency and cost improvements.
• Develop and implement optimization strategies using Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen.
• Design pilot projects and scale successful initiatives.
• Monitor performance via data analysis and KPIs.
• Create process maps and SOPs; document improvements.
• Train client personnel on best practices.
• Collaborate with remote client teams to secure buy-in.
• Manage multiple optimization projects concurrently.
