Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial engineering or similar role.
• Experience with process analysis, optimization, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (Minitab, R, Python).
• Experience with simulation software (AnyLogic, Arena) is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing industrial processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for process enhancements focusing on efficiency and cost reduction.
• Utilize statistical methods and simulation tools to model and predict outcomes.
• Design and standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with operations managers, production teams, and IT to implement changes.
• Develop KPIs to monitor effectiveness of solutions.
• Prepare reports for senior management detailing findings and progress.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory standards.
