Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Field Engineer or senior tech support with remote problem-solving.
- Deep expertise diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and software system issues.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and guide teams remotely.
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience for Gauteng role.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced remote technical guidance to field engineers and technicians.
- Lead investigation and resolution of critical field issues.
- Develop diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting methods for remote use.
- Analyze system performance data to identify root causes and long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with product teams to feedback design improvements.
- Author technical docs and training materials.
