Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with focus on field installations and project execution.
- Strong understanding of system design and installation best practices; problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote engineering support for installation and commissioning of advanced systems.
- Develop detailed installation plans, procedures and checklists for field teams.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve installation issues.
- Review and approve installation reports ensuring compliance with design specs and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients and field technicians to meet timelines.
- Mentor less experienced installation personnel remotely.
