Placements24 is seeking a Senior Installation Technician in Randburg to lead complex installation projects and mentor junior technicians. The role combines on-site client work with remote planning and team coordination to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive field installation experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid on-site and remote capacity.

Qualifications

Senior Installation Technician experience or lead capacity.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities in field installations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Capable of managing multiple projects in hybrid on-site/remote settings.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex installation projects with quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Mentor and guide junior technicians.
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs on installed equipment.
Develop and refine installation procedures to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure project success.
Maintain detailed records of installation activities and resolutions.
