Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in field service management or a related leadership role.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and motivate a distributed workforce.
• Strong understanding of technical installation, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at managing remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of field service technicians operating remotely and on-site.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery, reduce response times, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of technicians to ensure efficient coverage and resource allocation.
• Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support departments to enhance service offerings and client relationships.
