- Strong leadership and mentoring skills for virtual guidance.
- Excellent communication and presentation of technical information.
- Familiarity with remote diagnostic tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced remote technical assistance and diagnostics.
- Lead virtual troubleshooting sessions for clients and junior technicians.
- Develop remote support protocols and technical documentation.
- Conduct remote quality assurance checks and provide feedback.
- Mentor and train field technicians remotely.
