This role requires strong leadership, expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology initiatives while ensuring smooth adoption of new platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager specializing in technology implementation and systems integration.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead remote technical teams effectively.
• Experience with cloud technologies, software deployment, and data migration.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale tech implementation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, developers, and external vendors, in a remote setting.
• Track project progress meticulously, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure clear, concise, and consistent communication with all project stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure user adoption and satisfaction post-implementation.
