Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical systems design and engineering.
- Expertise in power electronics, embedded systems, and control theory.
- Proven experience leading complex engineering projects, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of advanced electrical systems, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Develop and implement strategies for power distribution, control systems, and energy management.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of electrical system components, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using virtual collaboration tools.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to drive innovation in electrical systems.
