Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers.
• Understand customer goals and proactively identify opportunities to help them achieve success with our solutions.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategy sessions with key customer stakeholders.
• Monitor customer health metrics, identify potential churn risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Educate customers on new features and best practices to maximize their value and adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success , Account Management , or a related client support role, ideally in a remote setting.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships and driving customer retention.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
