Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of change management consulting or similar internal role.
• Proven track record leading complex change initiatives across contexts.

• Excellent remote communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic change management plans to support organizational transformations.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential barriers to adoption.
• Design and deliver communication strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Develop and facilitate training programs to equip employees with the skills needed for new ways of working.
