The ideal candidate will have 7+ years driving experience, 3+ years supervisory exposure, and a proven ability to manage fleet performance, driver coaching, and maintenance coordination within a hybrid work setting in Rustenburg.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional driving experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Code 14 driver's license and PDP are required.
• Proven track record in managing fleets of Code 14 vehicles and maintaining safety standards.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, route planning, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of a Code 14 fleet and drivers.
• Develop optimized delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor driver performance and compliance with schedules and safety rules.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
