Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of regional delivery fleet.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery across the region.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, train and motivate drivers and dispatch personnel.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics (fuel, delivery times, driver behavior).
• Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, inventory and expenditures.
• Liaise with maintenance workshops and suppliers.
• Enforce company safety, security and customer service policies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
