You will leverage your extensive network, market expertise, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent, while fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional candidate experiences in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruitment experience, esp. executive search or high-volume specialized roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and critical hires.
• Strong sourcing techniques and recruitment technology experience.
