Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Sandton, Gauteng, to drive revenue growth through new business, senior-level client engagement and strategic sales leadership. This on-site, full-time role focuses on expanding market presence and delivering exceptional client service in the recruitment space.

You will lead opportunity identification, pitches, and negotiations while collaborating with delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in business development or sales, preferably in recruitment or professional services.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition models.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop strategic sales plans.
• Experience building long-term client relationships at senior levels.
