Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience with a focus in financial services.
• Experience in a team leadership or management role.
• Deep knowledge of the financial services industry and talent needs.
• Proven ability in client relationship management and business development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruitment consultants focused on financial services.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process for senior and specialized roles within banking, insurance, and investment management.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs and market demands.
• Drive business development efforts and expand the client portfolio in the financial services sector.
• Ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets and KPIs.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in recruitment, sourcing, and candidate experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
