Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its fully remote team, focusing on the financial services, legal and consulting sectors across South Africa.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source top talent, build client relationships, and deliver results autonomously from a home office.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in professional services.
• Proven track record in sourcing and placing senior professionals.
• Excellent knowledge of SA job market, esp. in financial services, legal and consulting.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and remote sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for professional services roles (finance, law, consulting).
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract candidates nationwide.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
