Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist in Centurion, Gauteng to manage end-to-end recruitment for professional and technical roles. You will build strong client relationships, source, screen and interview candidates, and drive successful placements in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in recruitment, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with ATS tools.

Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy based in Centurion, Gauteng , is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join their dedicated team. This role focuses on managing complex recruitment assignments for a diverse range of clients, from sourcing niche talent to ensuring successful placements. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, understanding their unique hiring needs, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of professional and technical roles.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and talent requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview high-caliber candidates, ensuring a strong fit for client needs and company culture.
• Utilize a wide range of sourcing channels, including databases, networks, and social media platforms.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the placement process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual placement targets and key performance indicators.
• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Provide clients with market insights and strategic advice on talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Senior Recruiter.
• Demonstrable success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and achieving placement targets.
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and candidate engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• A results-oriented and proactive approach with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
• Residing in or willing to commute to Centurion, Gauteng .
