Imizizi is seeking an experienced recruitment leader to manage a full-desk independently within IT and financial services. You will bring your established network and sourcing channels to drive high-quality talent across client projects.

The role emphasizes using AI-enabled recruitment tools, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to make autonomous candidate decisions in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in recruitment.
• Proven track record running a full desk independently.
• Established industry network and personal sourcing channels.
• Comfort with recruitment systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI in recruitment.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to work without supervision.
