RemoteVA is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end recruiting for our remote roles. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent while aligning with client needs and our remote-work philosophy.

You will build strong candidate and client relationships, mentor junior consultants, and refine recruitment processes. A strong track record in remote recruitment and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably remote.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment track record across roles.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients. You will work closely with our team of experts to identify the best candidates for our clients' remote roles and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for our clients' remote roles
• Work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top talent
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for our clients' roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide them with a positive recruitment experience
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement best practices for remote recruitment
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track the success of our recruitment efforts
• Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment consultants on the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
• Strong understanding of remote work and the skills and qualities needed for success in remote roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Experience with various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
