Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end recruiting for our remote roles. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent while aligning with client needs and our remote-work philosophy.

You will build strong candidate and client relationships, mentor junior consultants, and refine recruitment processes. A strong track record in remote recruitment and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably remote.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment track record across roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for remote roles.
• Understand client hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates for skills and cultural fit.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Collaborate to implement best practices for remote recruitment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment metrics.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants.
